Time For Tea Designs - Bee Happy

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a card using the fantastic new stamp and die set called

They are both available to buy in the SHOP now.
It's also available to buy from Create And Craft TV

I've made an eclipse card using the stamp set. I cut the word BEE out of my patterned paper on my ScanNCut. I matted the paper on some black card and mounted the word BEE on 3D foam pads. I stamped the Mine sentiment in the bottom right corner along with some of the little hearts. I coloured the little hearts and added some Glossy Accents to them. Finally I added the bee to the top left corner.

Did you manage to catch Jo on Create And Craft TV with her stamps and dies?
She was fantastic. There's a photo of my card on C&C further down.

Here's the card on Create And Craft!

Time For Tea Designs - Toucan Do This

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a card using the fantastic new stamp and die set called

They are both available to buy in the shop now.

I used the toucans facing each other from the set and coloured them with my Copic markers. I also  stamped and coloured the branch and 4 of the leaves.
I added some of the patterned paper to may card base leaving a white strip down the left hand side.

I cut out one of the tags and topped it with some of my patterned papers to match the base. I added the branch and toucans with some 3D foam pads. I also added two of the leaves and 3 little yellow flowers. I then adhered it with 3D foam pads at the top of my card

Next I cut out the sentiment with my MFT stitched rectangles and added the other 2 leaves and yellow flower.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
Anything Goes
with the option of
Family

Let's see your card with a family member on it. Mum, Dad, Sister etc.
I've used this mannequin and dress from Digi Stamp Boutique and paper pieced it.  I printed it out twice so I could 3D the dress and add some black tulle underneath to look like an underskirt. The whole card is made using Nitwit Collections "Enchanting" which must be one of my favourite of their collections. I just love the colour combos. I cut the flower out using my MFT Stitched Blooms die and added some glossy accents to the middle. The sentiment was printed on my PC. Some dewdrops to finish off.
I hope this Mum liked the card!

Time For Tea Designs - Moovellous

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.
Today I'm sharing a card using the fantastic new stamp and die set called
They are both available to buy in the shop now.
I couldn't not do these super cute stamps as Heilan Coos (Highland Cows) seeing as I'm from Scotland. So of course it had to have some tartan too.
I coloured the coos with my Copic markers in Heilan coo colours. I also coloured three of the trees from the stamp set.
I added two strips of the tartan card to the top and bottom of my card. I adhered the trees in place and then mounted the coos with 3D foam pads in front og them to give some dimension. I finished it by stamping one of the sentiments in the set.
Quick and easy card!

Time For Tea Designs - Toucan Do This

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a card using the fantastic new stamp and die set called

They are both available to buy in the shop now.

I used one of the toucans from the set and coloured it with my Copic markers, matching the beak colours to my papers. I've used this gorgeous paper from the Nitwit Collections Hear Me Roar set. I love the beautiful teal and coral colours.
I also stamped the branch and some of the leaves and coloured them. I cut a circle of white card using my Lil Inkers stitched circles and adhered it to the centre of the card. I arranged the branch and leaves and added them with some 3D foam pads. Next I placed the toucan in position, again with 3D foam pads. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with the stitched circles and mounted it with 3D foam. Lastly I added a few of the little sequin flowers to finish it off.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
Anything Goes
with the option of
May The 4th Be With You

My card for this challenge is particularly poignant as later, on the night I made it, the news came on that Peter Mayhew who played Chewbacca had passed away.
So this is my little tribute to him.
I coloured the image with my Copic markers and cut it out. I printed the quote, which came with the stamp on some white card and then cut out the circle with the stitched circles.
Next I created my Galaxy background using my Distress Inks/ Oxides. Sprinkled with some water and splattered some white metallic paint on it.
Next I mounted the circle panel on it with 3D foam tape and attached Chewie to the right side.

Time For Tea Designs - Sneaky Peek

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

I missed last weeks post as I had a nasty vomiting bug. All better now though, so today I'm super excited to be sharing a sneaky peek of  new stamps and dies that will be available on Create and Craft TV next week on the 6th. Don't forget to tune in to see Jo demonstrating all the new stamps and dies.
These stamps are called
Bee Happy
The have coordinating dies, and there is also and extra set of hexagon dies and a honeycomb stencil

I inked the backround using Squeezed Lemonade and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxides. I then spritzed the honeycomb stencil with water and placed it down on the inked panel and pressed down with a clean sheet of paper. I removed the stencil and the water had lifted the ink from where the stencil was.
I cut the panel out with my Wrapped Stitched Rectangles. I stamped the little bee and coloured it with my Copic markers. I then cut it out using the coordinating dies. I stamped the little stitched heart and mounted the been on 3D foam tape beside it.
I stamped and coloured the honeypot and mounted it with 3D foam tape.
Next I stamped one of the sentiments and cut it out with my banner dies. I finished it with some little hearts stamped in Spiced Marmalade ink and some clear Wink Of Stella on the bee wings.
