I've used a Cuttlebug circles embossing folder on my card and I also embossed the Marianne champagne glass die cut.The sentiment is from a fab LOTV set that I just love.I added some bling rhinestones to look like the bubbles in the glasses.

What a beautiful card! I love the black and white, so elegant and the champagne glasses are wonderful! Your embossed panel looks like champagne bubbles and your gemstone bling couldn't be more perfect, love it! :)
