Miss Anya

This anya image i've had coloured for a wee while,in fact the whole card has been made up apart from the sentiment.I don't know about anyone else but the sentiment is always the bit I hate doing the most.I don't know why,but it's always the last bit to get done and quite a lot of the time I have cards sitting around just waiting on the sentiment to be put on.
This is a miss anya from the dressy set.I think this is a really pretty image. For some reason I picture her talking with a Southern American drawl.Or maybe that's just because I've been reading the True Blood series of books and watching the show.....lol.
Anyway, enough waffling. She's been coloured with copics and I've used the scrummy Doodlebug papers that I'd been hoarding and looking at for a few months.

Image - Miss Anya Dressy coloured with Copic Markers
Cardstock - SU Green Galore
Papers - Doodlebug
Sentiment - Clare Curd Signature
Jewels - Papermania
Nestabilities - Labels 5
Flowers,ribbon and butterfly from stash

Took Louis to see the Pixar movie Up yesterday which he loved (so did I),and tomorrow he starts swimming lessons which he's looking forward too.He just wants to be able to wear goggles and go underwater...lol.I've done a bit of crafting but have been busy with my nose stuck in a book reading.I don't read for ages and then I can't get enough of them.I finished the Twilight series a few weeks ago and watched the movie.I know...way behind everyone else.I'm really enjoying the True Blood series of books though and am now on book 3.Dream Theater were fantastic on sunday night (as were Opeth).Looking forward to Black Stone Cherry on Saturday night.I saw them as support to Def Leppard and Whitesnake a few years ago,but this is them headlining this time.I'm getting such a groupie in my old age...lol

This is a fabulous card Cass! I'm always scared to work with purple, don't ask me why, lol! It looks gorgeous teamed with green! I know what you mean about the sentiment too, I think it's sometimes just difficult to fit it in!!
